Before you pause

Pausing for a trip, illness, or personal reasons? A few things to know first.

Keep training instead: even on vacation you can train with your coach over Zoom and keep your LamLab app — your coach adapts your program to whatever equipment you have.
Maximum 3 pauses per year (as of Jan 2026).
2–3 business days notice to process.
Minimum 1 week, and pauses start on a Monday (per your membership agreement).
Sessions expire after 4 weeks from your invoice date — unused sessions don’t roll over.

Adjusting your plan

Switching frequency or service — e.g. 1x→2x per week, or private↔semi-private.

Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, unless otherwise approved.
Memberships must be completed within their original time frame.
Upgrades may include a prorated charge for the rest of the current cycle.
A LamLab team member reviews every request and follows up with next steps.
