- Information you give us: name, email, phone number, and any goals or health details you provide through our consultation, contact, and sign-up forms.
- Booking & payment information: processed through our scheduling partner (Acuity Scheduling) and payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- Automatically collected data: IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited, gathered through cookies and analytics (see our Cookie Policy).
How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule consultations and sessions;
- To provide, manage, and improve our coaching services and membership;
- To send service updates and, where you have consented, marketing communications;
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate (scheduling, payment, email, and analytics providers), and only as needed to deliver our services, or where required by law.
Data retention & security
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may withdraw consent to marketing at any time by contacting us. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
