Trials & intro offers
Introductory trials and promotional offers are generally non-refundable once your first session has taken place, except where required by law.
Memberships & packages
- Recurring membership fees already billed are non-refundable, but you may cancel future billing under our Membership Terms & Cancellation Policy;
- Unused sessions in a prepaid package may be eligible for a partial credit or refund at our discretion, less any sessions used and applicable fees;
- Personalized programming and digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
How to request a refund
Email info@lamlab.ca with your name, what you purchased, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
